FAQ

  • How to present a claim in case of an accident

    • If it is a car accident, take care of the injured persons first (if any), then call a Traffic Expert through the numbers appearing on your S.O.S Card provided by the Company and present a formal Claim notice to the Company.
    • If it is a Property claim, such as a Fire or a Burglary, you will have to call the adequate authority (Fire-fighting Department, Police etc.) then immediately after that, call the company.
  • How to present a marine cargo insurance claim?

    • In case it is a single shipment, just fill-up a questionnaire and send it to the Company for a rapid quote,
    • In case you have numerous shipments during the year of the same goods, then ask for an annual Floating Policy. Apart from saving you the cost of minimum premiums on small shipments, it will also be handy in case of an omission or late claim reporting to the Company.
    • If the goods are not the same on each shipment, then ask for an annual open Cover insurance.
    • In all cases, full disclosure should be given to the Company for each shipment.

  • How to present a health insurance claim?

    A very important Line of Business in the absence of Government support through the Ministry of Health and the NSSF (National Social Security Fund). 

    If you were never insured previously, you will have to fill-up a Questionnaire about your Health status. Please answer all questions without leaving out any past or current health issues, as this will later be considered as “False Declaration” and thus be the cause of rejection at the wrong moment.

    Our program is monitored by a Third Party Administrator (TPA), and you will not have to bother about having cash in your pocket when being admitted into surgery or else. Your card will suffice when presented at the admission desk.

    For cold cases, better ask the Company to send you a visa for easier admission. This will save you from waiting in hospital halls for the OK of the TPA.
