In the even on an incident, please follow these guidelines strictly, categorized by the nature of emergency.

Immediate Action Steps!
Before contacting the company, ensure safety first. Depending on the emergency, contact the adequate authority (Fire Department, Police, etc.), then immediately call Trust Compass.
Crucial Rule: Never accept liability at the scene before confirming with your company representative and the appointed expert.
Medical Claims
With the current absence of consistent government support (MOH/NSSF), your private medical insurance is your primary safety net.
Honesty is Key
If you are a first-time policyholder, you must complete a Health Questionnaire. Answer all questions fully. Leaving out past or current health issues is considered a "False Declaration" and is grounds for claim rejection.
The TPA System
Our programs are monitored by a Third-Party Administrator (TPA). Your insurance card acts as your payment—no cash is required at the admission desk for covered surgeries.
Pro Tip for "Cold Cases"
For non-emergency (elective) procedures, request a "Visa" (Pre-Approval) from the Company in advance. This avoids long wait times in hospital halls while waiting for TPA authorization.
